Welcome to Savory. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Savory (the "Service"), provided by Savory ("we," "us," or "our").

Savory is a personal recipe organization tool. All recipes you generate are stored privately in your personal account and are not shared publicly or with other users.

The Service allows users to generate recipe information from video content on social media platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. The Service uses artificial intelligence to transcribe and analyze video content to create structured recipe data.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Recipe content extracted from third-party videos remains the intellectual property of its original creators. We do not claim ownership of such content, and you are responsible for ensuring your use of extracted recipes complies with applicable copyright laws.

• Any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Any warranty regarding the accuracy or reliability of extracted recipe data
• Any warranty that defects will be corrected

We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated recipe transcriptions or extractions. You should always verify recipe information, especially regarding allergens, cooking temperatures, and food safety.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Violation of third-party platform terms of service
• Copyright infringement or DMCA violations
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Request by law enforcement or government agencies

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data before account termination using the export feature in Settings.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at goomiDigita@gmail.com. We will try to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

11.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
